The #FreeHappy billboard exhibition featured the work of: Diane Matyas, Anne Spalter, Kelli Bickman, myself, and Lisa Goldberg.

A Study in Blue and Pink is an illustration that contrasts a cheerful pink with the sorrowful blue expressed in the creature’s tears, which flow like rivers across its wrinkled skin. The piece evokes the captivity of a sentient animal and references the Central African river systems where the species is most commonly found.

Have you spotted any lovely pachyderms in the wild of NY?

Please message me here or tag me on Instagram if you have happen to snapped a picture of the billboards across the five boroughs.
